How do I create or restore a cPanel

Creating a Full Site Backup:
1. Log into cPanel
2. Click on the "Backup" tool icon
3. Click on "Generate/Download a Full Backup" (This will create a Full backup of your cPanel account including your files, databases, email etc)
4. On the next page click on "Generate Backup", then the backup will generated and placed on your Home Directory. You may keep all the other fields blank unless if you are an advance user.

To restore your account: A "Full backup" can only be used for moving your account to another server or keeping a local copy of your account. "Full backup" can only be restored by SkyNetHosting.Net itself. If you have a "Full Backup" and need to be restored, please contact the technical department including the folder or url (Home Directory) that you placed the "Full Backup"
